发文章越来越难！！！ 一文章投到在elsevier一刊物， 又sent back to author, 按照要求改了该，再提交，最后还是sent back to author, 郁闷 改投其他刊物(，也是elsevier 6月20：submitted to journal; 6月22：editor invited; 6月23：Technical Check In Progress; 还是sent back to author 这个刊物前几月才发了一篇，都没这么麻烦啊 We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard for the reasons detailed in the comments below. You are welcome to resubmit your manuscript. Should you do so, please ensure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at http://ees.elsevier.com/jpba/ top of screen.
