对于影响电磁继电器输出特性的诸多设计参数,采用正交试验设计方法,以具有代表性的试验方案数据分析了设计参数对特定输出的显著性,得到了关键设计参数,并根据相应目标确定了参数的最佳水平组合;基于非线性隐式系统的灵敏度分析思想,通过随机数产生及验证、虚拟样本构造以及蒙特卡罗分析等过程,研究了关键设计参数波动对电磁继电器动态特性的影响;采用非参数统计理论对参数波动影响下动态特性的分布进行了分析,并通过参数估计、假设检验等过程,确定了继电器动态特性的分布类型及参数。经研究发现,铁芯长度、衔铁长度以及线圈电阻为电磁系统的关键设计参数。空载电压、磁间隙、静合压力、超行程、动簧片厚度、动合静簧片厚度、簧片宽度以及簧片弹性模量为触簧系统的关键设计参数;此外,非参数统计分析结果表明,在设计参数以正态分布波动时,继电器动态特性亦呈现正态分布,置信度达95%。

从继电器电寿命的角度,基于动态吸反力特性的配合提出了继电器的可靠性判别准则;在此基础上以触点分离初速度、触点碰撞速度以及衔铁碰撞速度等关键动态特性为判别对象,采用“应力-强度干涉法”建立了继电器可靠性容差设计数学模型,给出了下位特性参数中心值及其容差与产品可靠度之间的定量描述关系;综合考虑可靠度、加工成本及加工可行性等因素建立了继电器容差分配的多目标优化模型,基于层次分析法确定了各目标的权重系数,并采用模拟退火法实现了航天电磁继电器的可靠性容差最优分配;研究了继电器的关键工艺环节,并通过控制图对其过程能力进行了分析。研究结果表明,本文所研究的某型号航天电磁继电器工序能力不足;根据对继电器关键工艺的分析,给出了继电器触簧系统装配工艺的自动化控制方案。

Orthogonal experimental design methods was provided to solve relationship of design parameters and specific output with a representative trial data, in order to analyze the impact of design parameters on output characteristics of electromagnetic relay. Meanwhile, key design parameters and best combination of parameters were obtained corresponding objectives identified. Based on sensitivity analysis of non-linear implicit system, the effect of key design parameters on fluctuation of dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic relay was studied by random number generator and validation, virtual structure, as well as process of Monte Carlo analysis. Non-parametric statistical theory under influence of parameter fluctuations were adopted to research the dynamic distribution, and dynamic characteristics of relay type and parameters of distribution were completed through parameter estimation, hypothesis testing. Results showed that length of core and gag bit, and armature coil resistance for electromagnetic system were key design parameters. No-load voltage, agnetic gap, static pressure, super-tour, moving reed thickness, thickness of moving together static reed, reed width and elastic modulus reed spring system were touch-key design parameters. In addition, from non-parametric statistical analysis, the results showed that design parameters to be normal fluctuations, the dynamic characteristics of relay were also in accordance with a normal distribution with confidence coefficient of 95%.

From the lifespan of relay point of view, a reliability criterion was provided based on dynamic characteristics of anti-forces. Mathematical model of tolerance design with reliability was set up under usage of "stress-strength interference method", taken some critical dynamic characteristics as identification objects such beginning of contact separation speed, speed of collision and gag bit impact velocity. This model showed that lower values of characteristic parameters center and quantitative descriptively relationship between tolerance and product reliability. Multi-objective optimization model of relay tolerance distribution was completed when some factors such as reliability, processing costs and its feasibility into consideration. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine weight coefficients of various objectives, and usage of simulated annealing, this study performed optimal reliable tolerance allocation of space electromagnetic relay, and then key technology segments were analyzed, accompanying its course measured by controlling chart. The results showed that procedure of certain electromagnetic relays Space was limited.  In term of analysis of key technology, automation system control program of touch-spring assembly process of relay was established.
