[交流] 摘要,超疏水相关!

摘 要  本文利用工业原料聚苯硫醚微粉和疏水性二氧化硅纳米粉末,采用喷涂法在瓷砖表面制备了疏水复合涂层。研究了热处理温度、组分配比对涂层表面形貌、粗糙度和接触角的影响,发现随着热处理温度升高,涂层表面粗糙度增大,随着疏水性二氧化硅含量的增加,由于表面聚集的疏水性二氧化硅增多,涂层疏水性增强,在热处理温度为280℃、疏水性二氧化硅与聚苯硫醚质量比为1:1时,可获得超疏水涂层,涂层的接触角大于150°,滚落角小于4°,pH值为1~14的水溶液在其表面都具有很高的接触角。超疏水涂层具有良好的自清洁效果,并且经落沙法实验测定,超疏水涂层耐刮伤性能良好。

With the increase of the thermal treatment temperature, both the surface roughness and the contact angle increased when the temperature was lower than 280℃. As the weight ratio of H-SiO2 to PPS rose from 1:10 to 1:1, more H-SiO2 powders accumulated on the surface, leading to a significant increase of hydrophobicity. The surface coating obtained at 280℃ with the weight ratio of H-SiO2 to PPS 1:1 showed a water contact angle higher than 150° and a sliding angle lower than 4°, exhibiting fascinating superhydrophobic properties. The surface coating could remain superhydrophobicity upon a further increase in thermal treatment temperature or the amount of H-SiO2 powder. Moreover, the surface coatings show high contact angles, greater than 150°, for all the solutions with pH ranging from 1 to 14. The abrasion resistant property of the as-prepared superhydrophobic surface coating was tested using a homemade setup. When scraped by freely-falling sands, the superhydrophobic coating could keep its high hydrophobicity, while a commercial hydrophobic coating transformed from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity. This result implied our superhydrophobic surface coating was very stable. Moreover, chalk powders on the superhydrophobic surface coatings could easily be washed off with water, indicating good self-cleaning properties. The presented approach is convenient and can be potentially applied in fabrication of superhydrophobic surfaces in large scale.

Wettability is an important characteristic of various surfaces and is dependent of the chemical composition and the geometrical structure of the surface. In recent years, the creation of superhydrophobic surfaces has stimulated tremendous interest in both theoretical research and practical applications. In this work, a simple spray approach to fabricate superhydrophobic coatings on tile and glass substrates is presented.

In this paper, based on polyphenylene thioether powder of industrial material and hydrophobic nano-silica powder as raw materials, hydrophobic surface coating was prepared on tile surface using ceramic spraying method. Researches about the impacts of heat treatment temperature, group distribution ratio on coating surface morphology, roughness and contact angle were completed. Results showed that as temperature shows an increase, also coating surface roughness is increasing, while hydrophobic silica concentration rises, hydrophobic capacity of coating surface enhances, as a result of silica concentration on hydrophobic surface grows. At heat treatment temperature of 280℃, and the ratio of hydrophobic silica and polyphenylene sulfide equal to 1:1, it is available to obtain super-hydrophobic coatings, whose contact angle is greater than 150°, and rolling angle of less than 4 °. Aqueous solutions in pH value of 1 to 14 on its surface have a high contact angle. Super-hydrophobic coating not only has an excellent self-cleaning effect, but scratch resistant performance after determination of sediment loading in experiment.

In this paper, the use of industrial materials PPS powder and hydrophobic nano-silica powder, ceramic spraying method in preparation of a hydrophobic surface coating.
