以溶壁微球菌为底物,利用比色法对这26株深海真菌的产溶菌酶情况进行测定,结果发现菌株Z22活性最高,酶活性为1.4U/ml。对其产酶曲线和酶学性质进行了初步研究,结果表明,在发酵培养3天后溶菌酶活性达到最高,所产溶菌酶最适PH值为6.2,最适温度为35℃,在5℃仍保持酶活力25%。这些研究对研究开发深海微生物低温酶资源提供了理论依据 Micrococcus of dissolved cell wall as the substrate, 26 deep-sea production capabilities of fungal lysozyme were determined applying colorimetric method. Results showed that the highest activity appears in Z22 strains, of which the enzyme activity is 1.4U/ml. Then studies on Enzyme production curves and their properties were carried out and results showed that after 3 days cultivation under fermentation, highest activity of lysozyme performs with optimum PH value of 6.2 and temperature of 35℃ for lysozyme produced, even at 5℃ enzyme activity remained 25% of initial activity. These studies provide development of deep-sea microbial enzyme resource at low temperature with principles and knowledge. |
