Results showed that the highest activity appears in Z22 strains, of which the enzyme activity is 1.4U/ml. Then studies on Enzyme production curves and their properties were carried out and results showed that after 3 days cultivation under fermentation, highest activity of lysozyme performs with optimum PH value of 6.2 and temperature of 35℃ for lysozyme produced, even at 5℃ enzyme activity remained 25% of initial activity. These studies provide development of deep-sea microbial enzyme resource at low temperature with principles and knowledge. |
