Two post-doc positions opening in chemical physics in NTU, Singapore

Applications are invited for two post-doc focused on nonlinear spectroscopy or theoretical (computational) reaction dynamics in Prof. Lee Soo-Ying's group, school of physical and mathematical sciences, Nanyang Technological University. Information about Prof. Lee Soo-Ying can be found by the following link: http://www.spms.ntu.edu.sg/CV/SooYingLEE/ The details are: 1) femto-second stimulated Raman Spectroscopy (FSRS) We have developed computational model to calculate FSRS, and we are going to extend the model to simulate FSRS from biological molecules. 2) poly-atomic molecule reaction dynamics We are seeking creative and highly motivated individuals, with strong computational programming skills and background in chemical physics, cheimstry or physics. Preliminary knowledge of computational physics and quantum physics is welcome, i.e. molecular quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics or nonlinear spectroscopy, etc. Skills in using ab initio software, such as Gaussian 03, molpro and others are an advantage.
