有些油田原油集送站收集来的原油95%以上是水，5%以下是油，且带有泥沙，介质温度60-70℃，低于38℃易粘流。用钢管易腐蚀穿孔、易结蜡；玻璃钢管存在结垢、不耐老化、易碎、不易检修、丝脱落堵阀门等问题；材料-1能够满足0.5-5MPa、60℃、PH6.4-6.5的工艺要求，而且具有抗腐蚀、耐磨损、抗结垢、不结蜡、耐老化等优点，由于输送阻力小，可能不需要加热到60℃，50℃既可满足输送要求，能显著节能。

Not only can this material meet technological conditions of 0.5-5MPa, at 60℃, PH 6.4-6.5, but also possesses some advantages such as corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-fouling, non-wax, anti-aging, etc. As small resistance of transportation, it can be used to transport oil without heated to 60℃. Anyway, 50℃ can fulfill transportation, as well as energy conservation significant.
