各位虫友,本人刚刚接触高分子,做的是光合成聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,但参照文献老是做不出来,大家能不能给点建议或推荐些文献啊,最好是用便宜一点的原料就能合成的,小女子在此谢过大家啦!

做光引发聚合是需要光引发剂的。我做过的!做过N-异丙基丙烯酰胺的聚合!很简单,光引发剂、单体、溶剂、交联剂已经特定波长的光源就可以了。下面是我发的一篇文章上的具体做法(光引发剂是2,2′-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophe-none(DMPAP)):
Preparation of Hydrogels. The polymerization of the novel PNIPAAm hydrogel wasi nitiated by thephotoinitiator (DMPAP). Particular amounts of NIPAAm, P(NIPAAm-co-UA)-NHCOCHdCH2, and the crosslinker, BIS, were dissolved in mixed solvent (distilledwater/NMP) to obtain a clear solution.The feed compostions of the monomers and othe rreactants are listed in Table1. The monomer solution was irradiated by a portable long-wavelength UV lamp (356nm,16W)at room temperature (22°C)for 24h. The resulted PNIPAAm hydrogel was taken out and immersed indistilled water to leach out the unreacted chemicals for 3 days. During this period, the distilled water was replaced with fresh water every 4h.The hydrogels prepared were labeled as Gelx,where x means the amount of the macromonomer P(NIPAAm-co-UA)-NHCOCHdCH2. Herein, the conventional PNIPAAm hydrogel was used as a control and designated as CGel, which was fabricated under thesame condition without the macromonomer. The hydrogels were cut into disks with a 10mm diameter and a 8mm thickness for the following characterizations.
