| 目的 考察应用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱仪(MPT-AES)测定中药中重金属含量的方法，探讨中药中重金属影响中药的药理机制，药材中所含的重金属对人体的新陈代谢及正常的生理作用有明显的伤害作用，并抑制人的正常生理作用的发挥，同时人体内重金属含量过量会导致各种疾病的发生，本研究主要探讨药材中重金属含量与中药不良反应的相关性分析。对中药制剂中重金属的来源现状予以分析，加强对其科学研究，降低其毒性，提出科学合理的限量标准，对促进中药的现代化、国际化有积极的意义。 |

| Objective Heavy metals content in Chinese traditional medicine was investigated by MPT-AES method, and the pharmacological mechanism referring to effect of heavy metal content on Chinese traditional medicine was discussed, heavy metals in medicine not only significantly hurt metabolism and normal physiological function of human body but also inhibited exertion of normal physiological function, excessive heavy metals content in human body could contributed to various kinds of disease, this research mainly investigated correlativity between heavy metals content in medicine and untoward reaction from Chinese traditional medicine. It was very significant to investigate source of heavy metals content in Chinese traditional medicine, intensify research with scientific method, decrease toxicity and presented scientific and reasonable limit standard and as a result to contribute to modernization and internationalization of Chinese traditional medicine. |

| Objective To investigate the application of microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES) determination of content of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine approach, exploring the impact of heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicine of the pharmacological mechanisms of Chinese medicine, medicinal herbs contained in the body of heavy metals on the metabolism and the physiological role of the normal clear the role of the injury, and inhibits the normal physiological role, at the same time the body will lead to excessive heavy metal content in a variety of diseases, the study focused on the content of heavy metals in herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine-related adverse reactions were analyzed.
