小修变大修 comments for the author: editorial pre-screening: this paper has not reached to the acceptable level for publication in applied intelligence. authors have used well recognized and published methodologies with some modifications and results are compared with several years old methodologies. authors need to establish clear superiority of their methodology through comprehensive comparison results with very recent algorithms published in higher impact factor journals. authors must explicitly reference those references of the recent methodologies with which comparisons have been performed to show superiority in the text of the paper. they also must include complete list of those references in the authors’ explanations. editorial pre-screening #2: significant amount of published material has been repeated in the paper which makes 30% duplication. it must be reduced. 但是前面大修和小修没提重复率的事啊。淘宝上turnitin查了是17%，郁闷啊。已发邮件去问。大家一般都用什么查重啊 发自小木虫IOS客户端 [ Last edited by qy3059 on 2020-1-7 at 13:22 ] |
