美国全额奖学金博士招生---射频微波方向

The INtelligent, high-SPeed & Integrated Radio Electronics (INSPIRE) Lab directed by Prof. Kenle Chen at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ranked 53 according to US News 2020), University of Central Florida, is looking for Ph.D. students. His research interests include: 1) energy-efficient, wideband, and ultra-high-speed RF/mm-Wave circuits and systems for 5G-and-beyond communications, 2) extreme-performance power amplifiers in CMOS and compound-semiconductor technologies, 3) reconfigurable RF/mm-Wave electronics, 4) innovational wireless radio concepts, architectures and applications. Prof. Chen is currently serving as the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions of Microwave Theory and Techniques (flagship journal of microwave field), and the Chair of IEEE MTT-S/AP-S Orlando Chapter. He has extensive industry experience, and his group has won multiple prestigious awards in competitions of IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium. The candidates are expected to have theoretical and/or experimental background in at least one of the following areas: IC, Microwave, Electromagnetics, and Wireless Communications.
