什么是化学气相沉积

以下描述的实验过程属于化学气相沉积吗，乙醇是碳源，碳质层沉积在ZnO表面，ZnO通过H2还原移除。 The ethanol gas as a green carbon source was introduced into the tubular furnace with ZnO template via a N2 gas carrier with a flow rate of 50 sccm at 500 °C for 3 h. Then switching the gas to the H2/Ar (5 vol% H2), the ZnO template was reduced by H2 and the reduction product zinc evaporated completely at 800 °C for 4 h. The porous CBFs were then obtained. |
