高寒矮嵩草草甸地上生物量与叶面积指数的关系及季节动态模型
摘要:本文基于2007年中国科学院海北高寒草甸生态系统定位站植被与气象观测资料,探讨了高寒矮嵩草草甸群落叶面积指数、地上生物量季节变化动态和数学模拟,分析了叶面积指数与地上生物量相互关系,以及气象条件影响叶面积指数和地上生物量过程。结果表明,高寒矮嵩草草甸群落植被生长期地上生物量的季节动态变化可以用Logistic回归模型拟合;高寒矮嵩草草甸植被叶面积指数的季节动态变化可以用二次函数很好的拟合;高寒矮嵩草草甸植被的叶面积指数与温度和降水均具有显著的的关联性,可用二次函数(LAI=1.88+0.031AT+0.00025AT2-0.0012AT•AP+0.0013AP2-0.014AP)来表示。

Correlating Aboveground Biomass and leaf area index and Building their seasonal dynamics model of alpine Kobresia humilis meadow in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Abstract: Based on the alpine Kobresia humilis meadow vegetation and weather data obtained at Haibei Research Station of Alpine Meadow Ecosystem, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007, We explored the seasonal dynamics of the leaf area index (LAI) and aboveground biomass (AB), and analyzed and modeled the correlation between LAI and AB and the climate factor influence to the LAI and AB. The results showed that in the alpine Kobresia humilis meadow vegetation period, the AB dynamic process could be fitted by the Logistic regression model; the LAI dynamics process could be fitted by quadratic function model significantly; LAI had significant correlation to temperature and precipitation. It could be described by the quadratic polynomial function model (LAI = 1.88 +0.031 AT +0.00025 AT2-0.0012AT • AP +0.0013 AP2-0.014AP).
