审稿人同意接收，编辑直接给拒了 已有1人参与

现在是编辑已经拒稿了，明明审稿人认为就是能接受了，但是编辑没给我说明任何理由就拒稿了，我给他发邮件询问拒稿的理由有十天了还没回，这种情况下我不知道要不要等了，万一我重新投稿然后某一天突然收到他的邮件说是系统操作失误什么的就太糟心了，矛盾点就在这里。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
