Dear ***: On behalf of the IEEE ICAL 2009 Program Committee, we are pleased to inform you that the following submission has been accepted for IEEE ICAL 2009: Paper ID: *** Title : ******* The Program Committee worked very hard to thoroughly review all the submitted papers. Please repay their efforts, by following their suggestions when you revise your paper. For IEEE ICAL 2009, we will have two presentation styles: oral presentation and poster presentation: 1) For oral session paper, you need to prepare your camera ready paper, create PowerPoint Format one Page Digest, follow the final submission guidelines to make final submission. You need to do oral presentation at IEEE ICAL 2009. Conference paper awards will be only given to oral presentation papers. 2) For poster session paper, you need to prepare your camera ready paper, create PowerPoint Format one Page Digest. In addition, you need to prepare a poster for your paper. You should follow the final submission guidelines to make final submission. Please submit the poster with your final submission. Sample posters are also available online. We will print all the posters and display them during poster session at the conference. You have the freedom to choose the presentation style. If you choose to present your paper in poster session, you will have to submit the poster of your paper along with the final submission before June 25 2009. If you choose to present your paper in oral session, you don't need to submit the poster. We will sign your paper into oral session if we don’t receive your poster before the submission deadline. Please note that: All the accepted and registered papers including oral session papers and poster session papers will be forwarded to IEEE to be included in IEEE xplore and be EI indexed. Check the following web-site first before you prepare for the final camera ready paper. You have to follow author instruction to complete the final paper submission process. http://www.ieee-ical.org, or http://www.ee.cuhk.edu.hk/~qhmeng/ical/submit.html Your final submission is due on June 25, 2009. Please make sure to fill in your contact phone number in case the conference secretary needs to contact you. To upload your final manuscript, please visit the following site: https://www.softconf.com/s08/ical2009/ and, on the left-hand side of the page, enter the passcode associated with your submission. Your passcode is as follows: The reviews and comments are attached at the end. Again, try to follow their advice when you revise your paper. Please note that at least one of the authors is required to have the conference advance registration by June 25, 2009. http://www.ieee-ical.org Any paper without advance conference registration will not be included in the CD-ROM Proceedings.
