拒稿信没有editor's comments正常吗 已有2人参与

昨天晚上投了total，凌晨就收到据稿信，肯定是编辑那里没有过，发送过来的就是一段被拒的通用信，连editor's comments都没有，我看一般的没送审被拒信都是有editor's comments，这是怎么回事呢？麻烦广大网友看看。谢谢谢谢大家！ Dear Professor xx, Thank you for considering Science of Total Environment.
