2019-11-21 Thursday Sunny day a little cold Today I wear a red sweater and a black dress. Not too much work to do until now. Actually it's not busy for the whole week. I don't want to waste time, so improving English expression skill is a good choice during this time. My major is composite material, expecially resin-based composite material. Now my job is technical support in a carbon fiber company and responsible for some sales work also. Writing emails in English is essential everyday, I have to rely on the translator software at the current level. Oral English is my weakness. I know that I lack of the courage and confidence to express myself in English. And I find that I always think too much before I want to say something. Before saying out, I will think which word is better, how to say the sentence in a correct gram and how to express my point in a brief sentence, and sometime at last, I quit to say it as I feel I can't say a sentence without any error. At that circumstance, I will feel so frustrated. That'a bad cycle I know that. When have business trip with foreign(Japaness) colleague, I always worry that he will need my favor to translate what the cilent says, that's a challenge for me. It's my dream to have the skill to say English fluently, so practice more in life, write more here is my method now. I need to increase my vocabulary and not to be shy, let others to get what I say is the importance, not the grammar, the word or must be a briefly sentence. |

for a long time, i have a similar encounters with you. Fear of speaking english and making mistakes, although i am good at reading and writing in professional english. but now I am fully aware that we cannot be afraid to speak just for fear of making mistakes. Maybe there are many mistakes what I just said，so what? I'm not afraid of losing face |

| Hi, bro. I am very lucky to meet you in here. All of thing you said above is similar to me. But at least you have the chance to talking with a foreginer. Anyway, what about you now, i mean about you english level, could you talk with the english native speaker fluently? If can, how do you do that. Could you give me some suggestions or tips? Thanks. |
