Renewable PVC cable Abstract: In the wire and cable insulation and sheath materials, PVC cable is relatively inexpensive, flame retardant, and processing equipment, process simple, adjustable range of hardness, electrical insulation, and oil resistance, excellent mechanical properties of chemical reagents for the use of wire and cable industry, one of the largest number of materials. Summary of the material in the production of PVC cables of the role of various additives, as well as the impact of the performance of their products, through the specimen elongation at break, tensile strength, 200 ¡æ thermal stability at the time, the tensile strength after aging, elongation at break after aging, such as performance testing of the experimental data compared with national standards and find the best formula. At the same time study the performance of each component of the impact of their products. the study for recycled PVC cable material abstract: with strong flameretardant, good chemicals-resistance and simple processing equipment and technics, cable material of PVC is relatively cheap and shows good oil-resistance and mechanical property, wide range for hardness tunableness and fine electric insulation. Therefore it is one of the largest number of materials used in electric wire and cable industry. This paper surveys the roles of various additives in the production of PVC cables material and effects on their products. the optimum formula was found after comparison between experimental data of tests and national standards for samples. experimental data include elongation at break , tensile strength, the time for thermal stability at 200¡æand tensile strength and elongation at break after degradation. simultaneously effects of components on their product properties was studied. Studies show: cable material particles satisfying national standards were obtained according to the following formula: 82Kg PVC particles (post consumer waste), 18Kg PVC urea formaldehyde resin powder, 11Kg calcium carbonate, 6Kg DOP, 4 Kg chlorcosane, 3Kg black carbon, 1kg complex heating stabilizer, 0.1Kg hard paraffin, 0.15Kg stearic acid, 0.2Kg bisphenol A, 0.13Kg plastics brightener, 0.15Kg lead stearate, which meets GT / T 8815-2002 standard of cable material. Both application and effect on properties of products of various additive in PVC cable material was introduced briefly, compared aptitude testing results of elongation at break, tensile strength, thermal stability time at 200 ¡æ, tensile strength after aging and elongation at break after aging with national standard, optimized composition was obtained. Effect of different components on performance of products was discussed as well.The cable particles could be conformed to GT / T 8815-2002 standard according to the formula of national standard as follows: PVC aggregates (waste material) 82, PVC resin powder 18, calcium 11, DOP 6, chlorinated paraffin 4, carbon black 3, composited heat stabilizer 1, hard paraffin 0.1, 1801 stearic acid 0.1, bisphenol A 0.2, plastic brightener 0.13, lead stearate 0.15.
