磁共振波谱/成像 (MRS) PhD 职位 @瑞士联邦理工学院（洛桑）

实验室老师现有两个磁共振波谱成像的博士生名额， 感兴趣的请联系 Dr. Lijing Xin (lijing.xin@epfl.ch)  具体信息如下， Two PhD positions in multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) at école polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland) We announce two open positions funded by Swiss National Science Foundation in the Center for Biomedical Imaging (CIBM) at EPFL (école polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), Switzerland. The CIBM is equipped with one 7T human MRI scanner and two small animal MRI scanners (9.4T and 14.1T). PhD candidates will develop novel multinuclear (31P or 13C) magnetic resonance spectroscopy/spectroscopic imaging methods at 7T for applications in the human brain. Applicants should have a master degree or equivalent in physics, mathematics, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or related disciplines in neuroimaging. Excellent programming skills in C/C++, Python or MATLAB are required. Previous experience in MR sequence programming, data acquisition, processing or machine learning is a plus. The candidate should have good communication skill and strong interests in research field of biomedical engineering.
