基于对混燃、气化和直燃模式的案例调研和上文对不同技术路线案例的研究分析,本报告从调研案例的实际运行状况与技术可靠性、技术方面存在的主要问题、技术改造或初投资费用、发电成本、生物质种类的要求和地域适应性、污染物处理以及各自适宜发展路线等方面对混燃、气化和直燃三种不同技术路线发电案例进行综合的比较分析与评估。 江苏省现有的生物质与煤炭混燃发电案例的实际运行表明,对于使用颗粒状生物质燃料,如稻壳、林业加工废弃物、树皮、成型锯末等,在加料方面已不存在任何问题,而软秸秆的前处理(切碎)和加料系统是目前故障率较高、技术上有待进一步完善的环节。根据本课题小组的调研,目前已有电厂较好地解决了软秸秆的加料问题,但是,企业间技术封闭的壁垒依然存在。政府部门应当加强关键技术的研发投入扶持,加强先进技术成果的展示与交流,促进新技术的推广。 气化发电模式在技术方面存在的问题较多,主要可归纳为:(1)工艺流程复杂;(2)相关非标设备的选型困难;(3)系统运行受到的影响环节多;(4)不同设备装置间相互牵连;(5)对气化过程焦油问题的处理尚未经过长时间运行的检验。 |

Based on the survey of mixed fuel, gasification and direct combustion model , and the analysis of different technical routes above , this report is for a comprehensive comparative analysis and evaluation among all the three above ,in Consideration of the feasibility and technical reliability of operation, the main problems of technical aspects , technical or initial investment costs, power costs, raw material requirements and geographical adaptability , pollutants dealing, as well as development style suitable for the their own . The practical case of electricity generation by mixing raw materials with coal power in Jiangsu Province, shows that there are no problems when using granular biomass fuels, such as rice husk, forestry processing waste, bark, molding sawdust and so on. While the pre-treatment of soft straw (chopped) and the feeding system often fail to work, it needs further improvement. According to the research of the subject group, there are electrical plant who solved the feeding problem of soft straw, however, closed inter-firm technological barriers still exist. The Government departments should provide greater support in key technology R &D, boost exchange advanced technologies with each other and promote new technologies. There are still many technical issues in Gasification power generation modes, mainly on the followings: (1) the complex process; (2) difficult to select non-standard equipment; (3) considerable influence on the system operation; (4 ) the different installations involved with each other; (5)the problem of tar in the gasification process has not been under long-running time test |

Based on the mixed fuel, gasification and direct combustion model and the case studies of different technical routes above case study analysis, this report from the actual case studies and technical reliability of operation, technical aspects of the main problems, technical or initial investment costs, power costs, raw material requirements and geographical range of adaptability to deal with pollutants, as well as suitable for the development of their own line of mixed areas such as fuel, gasification, and direct-fired power generation technology roadmap in three different cases of a comprehensive comparative analysis and evaluation . Jiangsu Province, the existing biomass burning and coal power generation mix of the practical case shows that the use of granular biomass fuels, such as rice husk, forestry processing waste, bark, sawdust, such as molding, has been in the feed and there are no problems , and the pre-treatment of soft straw (chopped) and the feeding system is a high failure rate, subject to further improve the technical aspects. According to the research of this subject group, there are plant solved the problem of soft straw feeding, however, closed inter-firm technological barriers still exist. Government departments should be strengthened in key technology R & D support, The outcome of advanced technologies to enhance the display and exchange, and promote new technologies. Gasification power generation modes exist in the technical aspects of issues, mainly on the following grounds: (1) the complex process; (2) related to the selection of non-standard equipment difficulties; (3) the impact on the system too many links; (4 ) between the different installations involved; (5) of the tar gasification process to deal with the problem has not been long-running test. |
