新加坡科技设计大学段凌杰教授招聘2020秋季博士生 (申请截止日期为2020年2月28日)： • 段教授及其科研团队资料 https://esd.sutd.edu.sg/faculty/lingjie-duan/ • 博士生招聘信息 https://esd.sutd.edu.sg/academics/phd-programme/ 新加坡科技设计大学（SUTD）为新加坡与麻省理工（MIT）及浙江大学合作新建的研究型大学，旨在从事世界一流的科研与教育（学校主页 https://www.sutd.edu.sg/index.aspx）。在2017年 Clarivate Analytics给出的排名中，SUTD名列全球电信领域最具科研影响力的大学第5位。此外，SUTD在全球电气工程研究领域的大学排名中也名列第6位。 段凌杰教授从事信息工程与经济理论的跨学科前沿研究，在SUTD建立了网络经济与优化实验室（Network Economics and Optimization Lab， NEOL）。目前已经获得了超过800万美元的科研经费支持以及著名的MIT-SUTD联合博士后等培养项目的支持。段凌杰教授从事的科研工作获得了全球同行的广泛认可，于2016年获得了SUTD Excellence in Research Award， 2015年获得了10th Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award。目前担任了IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (IEEE TWC) 和 IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorial (IEEE COMST)的Editor， 同时也是IEEE Journals on Selected Areas in Communications (IEEE JSAC)的Guest Editor。 对申请学生的要求： 1. self-motivated PhD students who have strong engineering or math background and are passionate in cutting-edge research about sharing economics, resource allocation, network optimization and artificial intelligence in various information engineering areas. 2. The applicants can be undergraduate and master students about to graduate in related majors in spring 2020, such as electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, (applied) math, and control. 3. GRE is not required but TOEFL or IELTS only. 博士生学制一般为四年： 1. His PhD students may be provided with the SUTD President Fellowship with a monthly stipend RMB15,000 and without any tuition fee. 2. NEOL members have rich opportunities to collaborate with MIT and other top universities.
