【求助】瓜类白粉病病原菌

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 一种瓜类白粉病病原菌鉴定 400光镜，FAA染色 不知是否从图上可以看出，是否与fibrosin bodies（纤维状体） 是否能帮忙看是哪个种：病原为二孢白粉菌Golovinomyces cichoracearum（异名Erysiphe cichoracearum）或者 单丝壳属单丝壳白粉菌[Sphaerotheca fuliginea (Schl.)Poll]， 其中之一？ Golovinomyces cichoracearum的特点为：conidia that contained no fibrosin bodies（没有纤维状体） and germinated apically （顶点萌发）and no cleistothecia （没有闭囊壳）including the leaf-like outgrowths on the upper leaf surface; hyphae （菌丝）were between 5-8 µm wide with nipple shaped appressoria（附着胞）. Conidiophores（分生孢子） were mostly erect containing a foot cell (37-64 x 7-11 µm) followed by two or three shorter cells (8-12 x 8-10 µm); conidia were cylindrical (26-34 x 14-18 µm) and produced in chains（孢子圆柱形\链状） . The basal septum of the conidiophore was just adjacent to mycelium. Fibrosin bodies were absent（没有纤维状体） |
