[交流] 翻译求助,水性聚氨酯相关,急!急!

概述了水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的研究进展,叙述了水性聚氨酯分散体的合成工艺。本设计采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),聚丙二醇(PPG)和二羟基半酯(用三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和顺丁烯二酸酐合成)为主要原料,经分步预聚后在水中采用自乳化的方式合成了阴离子型水性聚氨酯。着重探讨了NCO/OH值,二羟甲基半酯用量等对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响,同时还探讨了三乙胺加料方式对预聚体分散效果和对水性聚氨酯乳液的性能的影响。试验表明:NCO/OH值在2.2~2.6之间、半酯的用量在5%~9%之间、三乙胺先同去离子水混合在加入预聚体中为宜。

This article summarizes the research progress of water-borne polyurethane adhesive and describes the synthetic process of water-borne polyurethane  dispersoid. The design uses toluene di-isocyanate(TDI), polypropylene glycol(PPG) and dihydroxy semiester (synthesized by trimethylolpropane (TMP)and maleic anhydride) as the main raw materials, synthesizing anionic water-borne polyurethane with  self-emulsifying  in water after step-by-step pre-polymerization. The value of NCO/OH is discussed emphatically and the effect of application amount of dihydroxymethyl semiester on the function of water-borne polyurethane  emulsion is significantly investigated. Simultaneously,we discuss  the influence of feeding method of triethylamine on dispersion effect of performed polymer  and function of water-borne polyurethane  emulsion. Experiments show that it will get a optimum result while the value of NCO/OH is between 2.2~2.6, the application amount of semiester between is 5%~9% and triethylamine is mixed with deionized water  before adding into deionized water
