随着社会的进步和发展,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。纺织品检验检测技术就是在人们对于纺织品质量要求的不断提高和检测技术的不断进步下逐渐发展起来的。伴随着《中国化纤工业绿色发展行动计划》等一系列政策的颁布,国家对纺织品环保和健康方面加大了关注力度,并将大力发展纺织品检验检测行业。国家一方面将逐步推进纺织品检验检测行业逐步由国家垄断过渡到市场化运营,另一方面也要求广大纺织品检验检测公司加强基础能力建设,提高专业服务水平,加强企业的整合,更进一步的由提供单一认证型服务向提供综合检测服务延伸。近年来,大量的纺织品第三方检验检测公司进入市场,在行业欣欣向荣的同时,也给行业内的企业带来了巨大的竞争压力,大多数纺织品检验检测机构存在规模小、服务半径小、人均产值低、国际影响力弱等一系列问题,难以与跨国检测机构和国内知名检测机构相抗衡。本文的目的在于通过对中纺协检验技术服务公司的内部现状展开深入探讨,结合外界战略机会进行深入研究,进一步形成战略转型建议,在阐述问题并剖析问题成因的基础上,寻求适合该公司的转型路径。 本文采用专题研究方法对中纺协检验技术服务公司战略转型问题展开研究。在研究过程中收集了中纺协检验技术服务公司近年来的年度报告和各类档案、访谈记录等资料,以战略转型理论为基础,首先简要陈述了中纺协检验技术服务公司的基本情况,然后借助PEST分析工具对公司所处的外部环境进行了详细的分析,再利用波特五力模型对行业的竞争性分析以及通过对行业成长性的分析得出,目前纺织品检验检测市场的前景十分辽阔,但是会面临大量的新进入者带来的竞争压力。之后本文用SWOT分析工具对公司内部的优势、劣势、机会与威胁做了详细的分析。在此基础上得出了四个备选战略。 根据所得出的四条备选战略再结合目前行业发展较好,公司目前业务稳定上升的情况,以及公司核心文化和发展目标,本文选择了SO战略作为公司下一个阶段发展的主要战略,进一步提出了以多元化战略转型为理论依据的方案设计和公司层、纺织品检验检测实验室、验货事业部、新型材料研究院四个方面具体实施细则以及保障措施。 本文的逻辑思路和分析方法亦可为其他处在转型期的纺织品检验检测机构提供参考与借鉴。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |

In the research process, we collected the annual report, various files, interview records and other data of China Textile Association inspection technology service company in recent years. Based on the strategic transformation theory, we first briefly stated the basic situation of China Textile Association inspection technology service company, then analyzed the external environment of the company in detail with PEST analysis tool, and then used Porter five force model to analyze the company.
