These comments must be uploaded as a separate file during the resubmission process, together with text and high resolution figure files prepared in the manner specified in the instructions to authors. Failure to do this may result in a delay in the typesetting of your paper. Please note that it is not permitted to submit a PDF file of the revised manuscript at this stage. |
