Cr3+/protein Cr% (umol/g) 25 1.0 175 1.5 275 2.1 最近作了一个数据，如上所示。审稿人有个意见很头痛，Should not the Cr (2p) values in last column be proportional to those in the first column? For example, comparing rows 2 and 7, the value in column 1 has gone up tenfold but that in column 7 only two fold. It would also be useful to have error estimates for the various numbers in the Table. 1。比如Cr的浓度第3组数据275umol/g是第1组数据25umol/g的10倍，可是XPS的结果是才相差1%。为什么不是10倍呢？Cr3+浓度与加入的浓度很不成比例。 2。他还说要我做什么误差估计（error estimates） ？这个是什么意思？虫友有碰到过吗？ [ Last edited by kidkix on 2009-6-8 at 22:00 ] |
