IEEE EDL拒稿，请大家给分析一下！ 已有1人参与

小弟前半个月投了一篇IEEE EDL,投了10天拒稿，老师建议写个cover letter，阐述highlight并且回复审稿人意见，修改了introduction和论文框架，重投后又被拒了，请大家帮我分析一下，是不是该转投其他期刊了，有点失望啊！第一次投文章。谢谢！ IEEE EDL:编辑回复意见：A very similar manuscript was recently submitted by the authors that was rejected for publication in EDL mainly due to its technical content and topic. It is not clear what improvements, if any, have been made to the manuscript in the current version. Furthermore, the manuscript was mainly rejected due to the incompatibility and depth of the discussed subject matter. I doubt that any improvements or changes will make it suitable for EDL. |
