[求助] Toxicology的投稿政策问题

小弟正在投稿Toxicology一篇文章，刚投稿就被编辑打回来revise，这是修稿意见：Please state the concentration of *** in the Abstract and describe how this concentration compares to human serum level int he Methods Section - as defined in the journal policy in the Instructions to Authors.

Toxicology相应的投稿政策如下：

Abstract: (1) The dose or concentration of the test substance along with (2) the name of

the species, cell culture, or other experimental model system should be stated explicitly

in the Abstract.

Methods: In this section a statement should be included about the relevance of the (1)

dose or concentration (2) experimental model species or cell type to humans.

我对于修改意见中在摘要部分增加药物使用浓度可以理解，但是后边要增加与人血清中药物水平的比较不太懂。。因为我这个药还没有上过临床，哪来的啥人血清中药物水平。。。
请问各位大神这个“describe how this concentration compares to human serum level int he Methods Section ”如何回答？非常感谢！！
