【博后】新加坡南洋理工生物信息方向招博后

博后招聘 主要研究蛋白组的缺失数据，要求有质谱或者网络算法的背景，具有计算生物，生物信息，数据科学，计算机等相关专业的博士学位。详情见英文，有兴趣者请将CV，研究计划，至少2封专家推荐信等相关材料发送给Dr. Goh，请注明“Postdoctoral fellow + Name”. ?Postdoctoral fellow position in SBS/NTU ? A postdoctoral fellow position is currently available in the Bio-Data Science and Education Laboratory, School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. ? You will be joining a team of dynamic bioinformaticians, bio-data scientists and biologists in tackling some difficult but meaningful analytical problems in biological big data. In this instance, the focus is to work on missing protein problems in proteomics data. ? You should have a PhD in Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics. Other relevant degrees may also be considered. You should preferably have experience working with mass spectrometry data and/or have experience working with network models. ? The project is a joint venture with Professor Limsoon Wong, Computational Biology Laboratory, National University of Singapore. ?
