A postdoctoral fellow position is currently available in the Bio-Data Science and Education Laboratory, School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
?
You will be joining a team of dynamic bioinformaticians, bio-data scientists and biologists in tackling some difficult but meaningful analytical problems in biological big data. In this instance, the focus is to work on missing protein problems in proteomics data.
?
You should have a PhD in Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics. Other relevant degrees may also be considered. You should preferably have experience working with mass spectrometry data and/or have experience working with network models.
?
The project is a joint venture with Professor Limsoon Wong, Computational Biology Laboratory, National University of Singapore.
