[交流] Physics Graduate program at Wayne State University

The Department of Physics and Astronomy (https://www.clas.wayne.edu/physics) at
Wayne State University invites applications from well-prepared and motivated
students for Ph.D. study in Physics and Astronomy with financial support from the
endowed Thomas C. Rumble Fellowships, Research Assistantships, and Teaching
Assistantships. These competitive awards facilitate graduate study in Physics and
Astronomy and include a stipend, full tuition waiver, medical and dental
benefits.

The Department has state-of-the-art research facilities and offers excellent research
opportunities in observational astronomy, theoretical atomic physics, theoretical and
experimental biological physics, condensed matter and material physics, and high
energy nuclear and particle physics. Our faculty, postdocs and students participate
in major international research collaborations at CERN (the European Organization
for Nuclear Research), Brookhaven National Laboratory, and High Energy
Research Organization (KEK) in Japan. In addition, research programs are
conducted at the Spallation Neutron Source at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and
MicroKelvin Lab at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory.

Applicants are invited to apply on-line by following the link "Admissions" from our
main website, https://www.clas.wayne.edu/physics/ or mail their applications to:
