[求助] 投美陶关于编辑的审稿意见求助已有1人参与

各位大佬们，我今年投了一篇美陶，经历了大概一个半月的审稿之后大修，有三个审稿人，两个小修一个大修，其中两个人分别提了不下10条意见，还有一个编辑的意见，编辑给出的部分意见如下。

现在有一个问题想求助大家，因为我这个论文之前投别的期刊被拒，已经经过了语言润色了还上传了润色证明。但是编辑回复中还是有提到poor written，审稿人们倒没有说语言问题。这句话是套话吗，这种情况下改完以后还需要再次润色吗？

The authors present their results on the synthesis of V2O3/C by solution combustion method and its characteristics and performance as an anode for Li ion batteries. The authors present a different way of making such material and show that their V2O3/C material, that is amorphous, has superior performance than any reported before. The work is noteworthy, however the manuscript is very poorly written and needs a major re-write before it can be accepted by the journal. I list below some of my concerns in addition to the ones raised by the reviewers:

1)All the issues raised by the reviewers must be addressed and corrected.
2)It is not clear how many samples……
