KAUST IMPACT LAB（https://impact.kaust.edu.sa/Pages/Home.aspx）is recruiting internship students. Academically strong candidates are sought who have a bachelor’s or will have a bachelor’s degree in one year in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or a closely related discipline. This work will focus on nano-fabrication of Terahertz devices. We need students who are highly motivated, independent, and able to work in a team environment. The project will provide a lot of nano-fab experience, such as EBL, ICP and RIE etching, PECVD and ALD, SEM, FIB, and so on. Outstanding students can apply for master's and doctoral degrees directly and need to have a high GPA. Research experience in the cleanroom is a great plus.
