Manuscript ID NethJM-19-0273 entitled " XXXXXXXXX： a case report" which you submitted to the Netherlands Journal of Medicine, has been reviewed. The editorial board has recommended publication as a Photoquiz.

Therefore, I invite you to revise this manuscript into the Photoquiz format according the following guidelines:

-Measurements should be abbreviated according to SI Units.
-Limitation to 500 words
-References conform 'Vancouver' style (N Eng J Med1991;324:424-8); maximum of 4.
