[交流] 我想申诉啊，大家帮帮吗

论文大修，一个月前投的修改稿，今天拒了，理由如下：
Reviewers' comments:

Dear author, it is indeed a bit strange that you have ignored all remarks and comments from the reviewers which shows me that you have simply tried to have an easy going. So I release the paper for scientific reasons. All the best

unfortunately, you haven't cosidered any of the suggestions that had been made - not even your reference list had been sorted alphabetically.
The text that you submitted in September 2008 is identical to the "revised" paper you are re-submitting now. Hence, I have to suggest rejecting your manuscript.

我又检查了一下，我的稿件没有上传错，传的确实是修改过的稿件，说我没有进行任何修改，我明明修改了，回复信里也说明了，我想申诉，请大家帮忙出出主意
