请问一下，Wiley里decision显示的conditional reject是啥意思？ 已有2人参与

6月份投了一篇文章，大修之后又投回去了，现在给的是conditional reject的decision。 请问，修改以后录用的机会还大吗？ 要不要改投？ As you will see, the reviewers find the question addressed to be of potential interest.
