金币不多,还求大家帮忙! 1.2万吨/年CPE-H135生产工艺设计 摘要:概括介绍了氯化聚乙烯的性能、应用、合成工艺、市场前景。介绍了氯化聚乙烯的三种生产工艺:溶液氯化工艺,水相悬浮工艺,固相氯化工艺(又分为搅拌床固相氯化工艺和沸腾床固相氯化工艺)。通过对国内外氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的各种生产方法和生产工艺的特点分析对比,并在有关单位进行了认真实习,收集了大量的设计参数和资料,决定采用水相悬浮法对1.2万吨/年氯化聚乙烯(CPE-H130)项目进行工艺设计。 选择了较为合理的生产厂址,确定了氯化聚乙烯生产配方、工艺操作系数及生产控制指标,对整个生产工艺进行了物料衡算,并对氯化反应釜进行了热量衡算,重点对氯化反应釜及其搅拌装置进行了结构设计,确定采用16MR/TA2+Zr702材料并以钛、钽复层加工制造的氯化反应釜,对生产流程中其它辅助设备进行了选型,并对生产过程中所产生的酸性废水、含氯尾气处理进行初步设计。编写了1.2万吨/年CPE-130生产工艺设计说明书。 关键词:氯化聚乙烯;水相悬浮法;工艺设计 |
