直接法合成聚乳酸的研究 摘要:介绍了聚乳酸(PLA)的性能及特点,简述了聚乳酸的直接合成法与间接合成法,以及聚乳酸直接聚合和间接聚合在国内外的研究进展,比较了直接聚合与间接聚合的优缺点,同时还对聚乳酸的应用进行了综述,以及提出一些展望,最终确定合适的合成方案。 本文以L-乳酸为原料探索了聚乳酸(PLA)直接熔融缩聚制备的工艺条件,在常压,SnCl2作为催化剂的条件下对影响反应的主要因素(聚合温度时间、SnCl2用量和聚合温度时间)进行正交实验设计,得到影响反应因素主次顺序和初步的最佳方案。然后通过查资料得出了聚乳酸的特性粘度,根据特性粘度算出聚乳酸的分子量。进行红外表征,分析红外光谱图证实是聚乳酸。 结果表明:在常压下,影响聚乳酸的主次顺序:聚合时间、催化剂用量、聚合温度,从正交实验中得出最佳方案:聚合时间5h、SnCl2用量0.5%wt、聚合温度170℃。 关键词: L-乳酸;PLA;直接熔融聚合 |

Studies on Direct Synthesis of Poly Lactic Acid Abstract: Polylactic acid (PLA) and the performance characteristics of polylactic acid on the synthesis of direct and indirect method, as well as the direct polymerization of polylactic acid polymer and indirect research at home and abroad, more direct and indirect polymerization polymerization the advantages and disadvantages, but also the application of polylactic acid are reviewed and some prospects, and ultimately determine the appropriate synthesis program. In this paper, L-lactic acid as raw materials to explore the polylactic acid (PLA) prepared by direct melt polycondensation conditions, at atmospheric pressure, SnCl2 as a catalyst under the condition of the main factors affect the reaction (polymerization temperature time, SnCl2 the amount of the polymerization temperature and time) orthogonal experimental design to obtain primary and secondary factors that affect the response to the initial sequence and the best option. And then the information obtained through the investigation of the properties of polylactic acid viscosity, intrinsic viscosity calculated according to the molecular weight of polylactic acid. Infrared characterization, analysis of IR spectra confirmed that polylactic acid. The results showed that: under normal pressure, the primary and secondary effects of polylactic acid sequence: polymerization time, the amount of catalyst, polymerization temperature, derived from the orthogonal design the best solution: polymerization time 5h, SnCl2 amount of 0.5% wt, the polymerization temperature 170 ℃ .
