[求助] 遇到外导说愿意和你申请fellowship的邮件，该怎么回复比较好已有1人参与

邮件如下：
thank you for your email and for your interest in joining my research group. your expertise is very well aligned with the research of my group, but unfortunately i do not have any funded positions available at the moment. however, if you wish to develop your own research proposal, for example as a researcher co-investigator, or as a research fellowship, then i would be very happy to discuss further and to help with this.

这是第二次收到这样的邮件了。有点像婉拒，但貌似也值得一试，我感觉对方是不是喜欢有自己idea的博士后。请问大家这样的邮件如何回复比较好？因为对方并没有说有什么fellowship
