求助： 本人最近投了ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces，未送审，主编返回意见：论文重复率比较高，下面是主编的具体回复： “In light of the overlapping portions of your manuscript, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces will not be able to consider this manuscript for publication. All authors are responsible for the originality of the data presented for publication. We require that all authors listed on a manuscript take responsibility for its submission, so I ask you to discuss this communication with your co-authors. I encourage you to review the ACS Ethical Guidelines before submitting future manuscripts to ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces or to other ACS journals. ” 想问一下：把论文重复率降低后还可以重投吗? 若能重投需要给编辑写个说明吗？ 望各位大牛赐教！ |
