on the basis of these reviews and my own evaluation, i am sorry to inform you that this manuscript is rejected for publication in the journal of xx. the reviews are included below. as you can see many issues/questions are raised by the reviewers. in my assessment the time required to adequately address these issues is longer than permitted for a major revision hence this decision to reject. if you go ahead with a new manuscript that addresses these issues you may wish to consider submitting it to the journal of xx (投稿的期刊）. 求助各位虫友，请问这是拒稿重投的意思吗？好好修改重投希望大不。 |
