南开大学化学学院张凯研究员团队招收博士研究生两名，主要从事以下几方面研究： 1. 金属离子电池的新型电极材料的设计与机理研究； 2. 金属负极保护； 3. 全固态（准固态）电解液的设计； 4. 电催化剂的设计。 有意者请将详细个人简历发至zkreferee1987@126.com（张凯）。初选合格者将会通知面试。 联系电话：13516297862；23497717 一、应聘要求 1. 年龄30周岁以下，具有电化学和材料科学等相关专业硕士学位，具有电池或电催化研究相关工作经验。 2. 具有独立开展科研工作的能力，在南开大学化学学院权威学术期刊目录中期刊上发表过1~2篇学术论文。 3. 有事业心与责任感和良好的科学素养。 二、待遇 1.每年4.2万。 2.业绩突出者可推荐至欧美优秀高校做博士后研究。 3.课题组提供额外科研奖励。 三、科研条件 本课题组拥有材料表征、电化学测试以及反应机理研究所需的全部软硬件条件，科研经费充足，与国内外同行保持良好合作关系，目前主要研究方向包括： 1. 锂、钠、钾离子电池中含锂离子氧化还原反应的正极材料； 2. 水系锌离子电池； 3. 金属负极保护； 4. 全固态（准固态）电解质； 5. 有机及聚合物电极材料； 6. 电催化。 四、张凯研究员简介 张凯研究员，1987年出生，南开大学博导。2006年，毕业于南开大学材料化学系，获得学士学位。随后，保送直博到陈军院士课题组攻读博士学位。2015年毕业于南开大学材料物理与化学专业，获得工学博士学位。2015年至2019年在韩国东国大学能源与材料工学系从事博士后研究。2016年获得了由韩国研究基金委支持的KRF项目（Korea Research Fellowship Program）。2019年9月入职南开大学化学学院，担任博士生导师、研究员，继续在先进能源材料化学教育部重点实验室主任陈军院士的支持和领导下，围绕能源储存与转化中的关键科学问题开展有价值有意义有推动性的研究。多年来一直从事锂/钠离子电池和锂硫电池等二次电池体系中电极材料的设计与改进以及电解液的筛选与优化等研究。针对不同电池体系中存在的问题和挑战，提出合理的解决方案。通过微纳复合结构构筑、异质离子掺杂、电压窗口的优化、电解液中电解质的溶度调控以及溶剂的筛选等手段，有效地消除了电极材料和电解液的不足之处，显著地提高了电化学性能。此外，结合理论计算的预测和表征手段的剖析（如原位XRD、原位Raman、同步辐射吸收谱），揭示了锂离子和钠离子电池中几种新型电极材料的工作机制，进而实现对机理的有效调控。这些研究对发展高容量正极材料、高倍率长循环负极材料以及高稳定性电解液提供了理论与实验指导意义。以第一作者在Nature Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Energy Environ. Sci.等学术期刊上发表论文19篇，还有与他人合著论文28篇，总引用次数4775次，其中一作引用次数1858次，单篇论文引用最高达413次，h因子为29。 代表作 1) K. Zhang, D.
