Biomedical Signal Processing and Control 2个审稿，reviewer 1说需要突出重点，怎么加内容怎么删内容都说得很清楚。reviewer 2就简单说创新性不足，没啥具体意见。编辑给了major。 很认真改了整整三个月，二审给了minor revision，reviewer1意见如下： The authors addressed thoroughly all the suggestions and comments made by the reviewers in their revised manuscript. Each aspect was carefully considered and incorporated. The revised manuscript demonstrates an improved structure compared to the first submission. Moreover, the importance of the main contribution is presented in a more accurate manner than in the first submission. The proposed method seems to outperform existing data augmentation methods and it can compete with the best contributions in the Computing in Cardiology challenge 2017. The submitted manuscript provides a simple but very effective method to solve the dilemma of underrepresented target classes in ECG data sets. In my opinion, imbalanced data sets constitute a great problem for deep learning applications in the biomedical sector. This submission presents a method to solve this problem in ECG recordings. Following, a list of comments and suggestions that occurred to me while reading the manuscript is presented. 没有其他reviewer意见。 也没啥困难的问题，7月6号回过去了，8月13号变成required reviews completed，到现在1个多月没动静，能催么？感觉没啥出幺蛾子的可能性，但还是有点忐忑啊，编辑在犹豫啥…… |
