通过对江苏省农作物秸秆发电实际应用的考察表明，江苏省的多个生物质－煤混燃发电厂均取得了成功，运行平稳，至今最长的电厂已有近五年的连续运行历史，多年的运行显示了技术的成熟性。以往人们所担心的掺烧生物质后可能产生的结渣问题与受热管道的腐蚀问题等均不明显，掺烧后对锅炉的效率也没有显著影响。 生物质气化发电目前尚没有长期成功运行案例，泰州市兴化中科生物质能发电有限公司是江苏省第一个，也是目前建成投产中规模最大的生物质气化发电项目，从2005年9月15日开始试投产，至2007年6月停产，历时一年零九个月时间，除生物质燃料价格、管理等因素外，在技术上也暴露出多方面的不成熟性，如水洗除焦油带来含焦废水的二次污染问题。 相对以上两种模式，江苏省农作物秸秆直燃发电案例的建成投产时间较短，最长不过一年多的时间。秸秆直燃案例在技术上主要存在软秸秆进料时堵塞给料器的问题，以及灰渣没有能够得到很好的利用等。大多数直燃发电案例的连续运行时间短，稳定性与可靠性较差，实际运行情况不是很好。 [ Last edited by panpan429 on 2009-6-3 at 10:32 ] |
