applied optics在提交revision时需要把改成两栏的排版吗

applied optics反回来审稿意见，pre-production review里提到 we see that you used the single-column universal template for your initial submission. if your paper is accepted for publication, we will estimate your double-column page length based on this. should you wish for a more accurate estimate to assess potential page overlength charges, when preparing your revisions please consider using the legacy double-column template 我在提交revision时需要把文章改成两栏的排版吗？还是直接提交原来一栏的格式就行？我看他的意见似乎不是强制的，如果有过经验的希望指点一下:d 另外ao好像超10页的话要收版面费，我的文章可能会超过10页，可以申请减免吗？经费不是很足  |
