[交流] 堪萨斯州立大学电力系统方向招全额奖学金博士生

multiple fully-funded ph.d. positions are available in the smart energy systems group (https://www.ece.k-state.edu/psoc/) in the mike wiegers department of electrical and computer engineering at kansas state university. we are particularly interested in students with strong motivation and foundations in one or more of the following areas:
1. smart grid cyber-physical security
2. power system planning and operation
3. big data analytics and machine learning for the smart grid
preferred qualifications: (1) m.s. in electrical engineering; (2) good oral and written communication skills, and (3) good programming skills. anticipated starting date is either spring or fall 2020.
