| This paper analyses systematically two typical classification systems of university organizational culture mode proposed by foreign scholars, investigating the generation, connotation, function and limitation of university organizational culture fundamental mode. Combining the current development situation of university organizational culture mode in our country, we explored the development trends of university organizational culture mode and revealed the basic law of university organization's working. |
