Pressure is a state of being upset that happens when we are under stress. Both our feelings and our bodies get upset. Pressure has positive effect on us when it is not too excessive. Pressure can come at us from every direction. Pressure could be a good teacher for us sometimes. Since pressure can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it.
