the national university of singapore invites applications for research associate for “the development of a new drug delivery platform based on microvesicles from red blood cells” in the department of pharmacology, yong loo lin school of medicine. teaching and research activities in our department range from clinical pharmacology, systems pharmacology, to basic molecular and cellular pharmacology. more information on the department is available at https://medicine.nus.edu.sg/medphc/index.html. appointments will be made on a yearly contract basis.

purpose of the post
科研助理将负责进行细胞培养，小鼠实验，和各类功能试验并于实验室负责人和其他团队成员紧密工作以确保项目成功按时完成。科研助理的主要职责需要完成分子细胞实验，小鼠繁育，数据采集，数据录入和分析。
the research associate (rassoc) will be responsible to conduct research on cell culture, mouse experiments and various functional assays, and work closely with, the principal investigator and study team members to ensure the successful completion of the trial on time. the rassoc’s principal role will be to work in general practices such as molecular cell experiments, mouse breeding, data collection, data entry and analysis.

main duties and responsibilities
科研助理将进行细胞外囊泡纯化，分类，和细胞培养和小鼠模型试验。科研助理应有能力：全局进行项目；设计和进行实验；分析数据和书写出版报告；展示数据和与团队成员讨论；协助实验室负责人进行类似领域的研究；符合条件时申请博士学习。
the research associate will perform extracellular vesicles purification, characterization, assays in cell culture and in mouse models. the rassoc will be able to:

oversee the general management of the project;
design and perform the experiments;
analyze the data and write publication report;
present the data and discuss with other team members;
assist with any other duties of a similar nature that are delegated by the pi.
apply for a phd study if qualified.

requirements qualifications
研究人应当：拥有分子细胞生物学和类似领域的硕士学位；英语流利（雅思6.5或其他英语成绩；若申请人来自非英语教学大学）；有能力在团队中独立工作，有探索精神并注重细节；有雄厚的科研经验（至少一篇第一作者出版物）。
the applicant should:
have a master’s degree in molecular cell biology or related disciplines; with fluent english (ielts 6.5 or an equivalent english certificate is required for candidates from non-english medium universities)
be able to work independently and in a team, have an investigative nature, attention to detail; and
have a strong experience in research (at least one first-author publication)
