因针对中药色谱指纹图谱相似性分析而提出的评价指标体系及方法不一定适合中药非线性电化学指纹图谱分析的问题,本文通过理论和实验研究得出: ① 峰重叠法及其相关多标准结合法不适用于中药非线性电化学指纹图谱相似度评价。 ② 相关系数、夹角余弦等方法对非线性电化学指纹图谱参数的差异不敏感,故不宜用来分析中药非线性电化学指纹图谱。 ③ 欧氏距离能体现样本成分差异,与非线性电化学指纹图谱的直观差异吻合较好,但有时不能正确反映非线性电化学指纹图谱之间特征差异的程度。故只能作为非线性电化学指纹图谱相似度分析的辅助方法。 ④ 基于相似系统理论方法的整体相似度能正确体现样本化学成分差异,与其非线性电化学指纹图谱的直观差异程度吻合最好,符合样本实际归属情况,能定量表征指纹图谱之间的相似程度。 ⑤ 将非线性电化学指纹图谱的直观特征与整体相似度分析相结合,提供了一种利用该指纹图谱能准确鉴别中药的全新方法。 ⑥ 以成分定量信息评价不同源同种中药质量时,利用非线性电化学指纹图谱技术可获得整体成分定量信息不同的指纹图谱,而以图谱相似度鉴别中药真伪时,则可获得不同源同种中药相同或相似的指纹图谱,这体现了中药非线性电化学指纹图谱的一大优点。 |

So it could only be used as a auxiliary method for analysis of similarity of non-linear electrochemical fingerprint. |

④ 基于相似系统理论方法的整体相似度能正确体现样本化学成分差异,与其非线性电化学指纹图谱的直观差异程度吻合最好,符合样本实际归属情况,能定量表征指纹图谱之间的相似程度。 ⑤ 将非线性电化学指纹图谱的直观特征与整体相似度分析相结合,提供了一种利用该指纹图谱能准确鉴别中药的全新方法。 ④ The overall similarity based on similar system theory could correctly reflect the difference of chemical constituents of the samples, be in best agreement with the degree of visual difference of non-linear electrochemical fingerprint, correspond to the actual ownership of the samples, characterize quantitatively the degree of similarity between . ⑤ the combination between visual characteristics of non-linear electrochemical fingerprint and overall similarity analysis provided a new method to accurately identify Chinese medicine with use of the fingerprint. |

⑥ 以成分定量信息评价不同源同种中药质量时,利用非线性电化学指纹图谱技术可获得整体成分定量信息不同的指纹图谱,而以图谱相似度鉴别中药真伪时,则可获得不同源同种中药相同或相似的指纹图谱,这体现了中药非线性电化学指纹图谱的一大优点。 ⑥ According to quantitative information of components, the quality of different source but same kind of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated to obtain fingerprint with different quantitative information of whole component based on non-linear electrochemical fingerprint technology but obtain the same or similar fingerprint of different source but same kind of traditional Chinese medicine based on spectra similarity for identification of authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine, which indicated one of the major advantages of traditional Chinese medicine non-linear electrochemical fingerprint. |
