IEEE ACCESS 返回修改意见建议修改重投，但是其中一位审稿人意见怎么答复呀

如题，各位大神，请解救~ 详细审稿意见如下： Reviewer: 3 Recommendation: Reject (update and resubmit encouraged) Comments: This paper proposed****. The idea of the paper is relatively simple, but the description of the algorithm is very vague. The overall structure of the paper is poor, and there are a lot of grammatical errors. Additional Questions: Does the paper contribute to the body of knowledge?: Little Is the paper technically sound?: Little Is the subject matter presented in a comprehensive manner?: No Are the references provided applicable and sufficient?: No 一共5位审稿人，都给了一样的改后重头意见，但是这第3位好像是对论文完全的否定呀，这让人怎么答复呢？ |
